Online Learning agreement

The project

The OLA (Online Learning agreement) is an online tool that allows mobile students to prepare, submit and sign their learning agreements online. The project has been put in place by the European University Foundation, the University of Luxembourg and 5 other partners. It is officially supported by the European Commission (support letter) and it is working hand-in-hand with the Erasmus Without Paper project, lead by Ghent University.

The tool is for free and open to all Higher Education Institutions (also non-european ones)

Since several semesters the University of Luxembourg is successfully using the OLA for Incoming students coming to Luxembourg. It allows exchange students as well as home and host institutions to sign online and transmits the signed version automatically by email. A back office also allows an overview of all LA’s and the download as a word and PDF version anytime.

We kindly invite you to test this tool as the online version accelerates and simplifies the whole mobility procedure and therefore makes it more efficient for all parties involved.
