Admission and Online registration

Once you are officially accepted we will send the coordinator of your home university your certificate of acceptance and your Learning agreement. Non-EU students will also receive a letter of admission in order to apply for authorisation to stay.

You will be informed about your admission by e-mail and receive detailed information about:

  • online registration
  • application for authorisation to stay (for Non-EU citizens)
  • accommodation
  • language courses
  • academic calendar

The original documents will be sent to your coordinator at your home University. You will receive the link in order to enrol online and a to-do list explaining the procedures to follow by email. Academic calendar

We recommend all Incoming students to come to Luxembourg at least a few days before the start of the semester. You can find the dates of the academic calendar here.

VISA/ Authorisation to stay

Apply for “Authorisation to stay”/entrance visa for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg at the embassy of Luxembourg or the diplomatic mission representing the interests of Luxembourg in your country, with the original letter of admission.
