Erasmus+ studies

This program, financed by the European Union, allows students enrolled at the University of Luxembourg to pursue a semester abroad at one of its partner institutions within Europe, and to ensure the recognition of the credits obtained abroad.
At the beginning of the summer semester (end of February), an information session will be held for your study programme to inform you about your stay: do not miss this opportunity!

Language test / Langue courses online (Online Linguistic Support)

If the teaching language at your receiving institution is not your mother tongue, you will receive an invitation to your student email to take a compulsory language test before and after your mobility. This is to evaluate your linguistic progression.
If the result is inferior to B2 level, you will also receive an invitation to follow languages classes online in preparation and during your stay abroad.
The test is available in 24 languages.

Accommodation

For reasons of equal treatment, the SEVE Mobility Office cannot implicate itself in accommodation research. You will therefore be in charge of finding an accommodation for your mobility semester. Most receiving institutions have rooms for exchange students. We recommended to apply early, because the number is limited and attribution is not automatic.
For more information, consult the website of your receiving institution. You may also want to look into apartment-sharing.

  •  Enroll at the University of Luxembourg as Outgoing student – “international exchanges” and at your receiving institution
  • Pay your registration fees at the University of Luxembourg only
  • Make sure you have sufficient health insurance for your stay abroad
  • Sign your mobility contract and send the original version via postal mail or hand it in to the SEVE Mobility Office. This document will contain all information concerning your mobility semester.

During mobility and after your return
