Re-enrolment

Re-enrolment must be effected each semester. All students must re-enrol in the programme and, if applicable, in the course of study in which they were previously enrolled (Art. 12 of the regulations).

However, a re-enrolment cannot be validated in the following situations:

  • non-submission of compulsory documents (health insurance, entry in the register of certificates, residence permit, etc.).
  • exceeding the maximum duration of studies (Art. 30 of the study regulations)
  • insufficient progress of studies (Art. 19 of the study regulations)

NOTE: the invoice cannot be sent until the examination board has taken place or if the student's file is not up to date (expired social security card, expired residence permit, register of titles missing, ...). Once the file is updated, the invoice will be sent automatically.
