Re-enrolment

Re-enrolment must be done each semester. All students must re-enrol in the programme and, if applicable, in the course of study in which they were previously enrolled (Art. 12 of the regulations).

However, a re-enrolment cannot be validated in the following situations:

  • non-submission of compulsory documents (health insurance, entry in the register of certificates, residence permit, etc.).
  • exceeding the maximum duration of studies (Art. 30 of the study regulations)
  • insufficient progress of studies (Art. 19 of the study regulations)

NOTE : the invoice cannot be sent if no grade has been entered by the program secretary or if the student's file is not up to date (expired social security card, expired residence permit, diploma recognition missing, etc.). Once the file has been updated, the payment letter will be sent automatically.

If you need to send us additional documents in order to update your file, please log in with your student ID number on: https://service.uni.lu/ssp and select Administration then Reenrollment.
