| Any student wishing to enroll in the University of Luxembourg has to make a request for recognition of his graduation from Secondary school leaver’s certificate, if and only if the diploma was not issued by the Ministry of Luxembourg. -> Procedure -> Contact

B.University diploma or Higher Education (Registration in the register of titles) |
| University diploma or Higher Education (Registration in the register of titles) With a view to his definitive enrollment in a master's programme at the University of Luxembourg, any student who does not hold a bachelor's degree corresponding to at least 180 ECTS according to the framework of the Bologna process, issued by a higher education institution located in another Member State of the European Union, in a Member State of the European Economic Area or in a Swiss Confederation recognised by the competent authorities of the State in question and certifying higher education recognised by the same competent authorities, must compulsorily submit an application to register his/her diploma in the register of qualifications, higher education section at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research in Luxembourg.
