Welcome Office

The administrative enrollment is managed by the Student administration (Service des Études et de la Vie Étudiante - SEVE).

The admissions/registrations office will be your privileged contact point for all matters related to the administrative follow-up of your enrollment (progress on your enrollment file, various administrative procedures, modifications, payment...).

Opening hours 

  • Admissions/Registrations office Bachelors - Masters - Vocational Training & Lifelong Learning - Guest student: As part of the COVID-19 protective measures, the admissions service is now accessible only by appointment.


  • Office of Doctoral Studies (BED): Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm (closed afternoons)
