What do we offer our students?

A multidisciplinary approach

Students learn to analyse and solve problems by using the approaches and methodologies of a variety of academic disciplines, including sociology, educational science and political science.

Seminar-based teaching

In discussion-rich seminars, students explore developments and challenges, from global to local, as they learn to make sense of cultural, socio-economic and political characteristics of educational and social welfare systems and wider societal contexts.

Research-based programme with intensive mentoring

Mentoring by internationally known scholars in the social and educational sciences is paired with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge research projects at the University of Luxembourg and affiliated research institutes and centres.
