Bachelor en Ingénierie – Génie Civil: Construction

The profession of civil engineer is very diverse. Thus, it is required to deal with industrial constructions, towers, roads, motorways, railways, bridges and tunnels, airports, water treatment plants, pipelines and so on.







  • Degree: Bachelor in Engineering - Structural Engineering
  • Duration: 3 years full-time / 6 semesters (180 ECTS)
  • Languages: German (70%), French (15%), English (15%)


The main emphasis of the civil engineering and construction course will be on the static calculations and constructive dimensioning of load-bearing elements of the above-mentioned projects made of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel and wood.

Since all the Bachelor en Ingénierie (BING) courses are almost identical at the beginning of the course, it is possible to change orientation without great difficulty if this proves necessary for the student.
