Overview DES MG 1

The DES-General Medicine is a specialised professional qualification aimed at authorizing the practice of general medicine. It is delivered on a full-time basis with a duration of 4 years leading to the academic title of Doctor in Medicine.

Presentation

This professional qualification is designed to authorise the practice of general medicine. It consists of three years’ clinical training and two semesters in biomedical research, clinical research or primary care.

It is also possible to stop after the three years of clinical training and obtain a Master’s degree in General Medicine.
