Master of Science in Physics
Admission Requirements
Before sending us your admission request, please make sure that you:
- have a Bachelor degree in physics or in a related subject
- have successfully attended a course in quantum mechanics and statistical physics
- are interested in physics and up-to-date research
- want to know how things work and how the world functions
- are curious and committed
If you hold a degree from a non-European Union (EU) university, we recommend that you take at least one of the following exams before sending your admission request:
- the GRE physics exam, Designated Institution (DI) Code for the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE): 3740;
- a TOEFL/IELTS test if English is not your native language.
Selection
A maximum of 30 students is selected each year via an admission procedure
Application
Please gather the following documentation before proceeding with your online application to the Master of Science in Physics:
- letter of motivation (1 page maximum)
- CV (3 pages maximum)
- the list of courses followed during your Bachelor programme with a grade record
- if you hold a degree from an EU university:
- your score to the TOEFL/IELTS test (if English is not your native language; B2 level required);
- bachelor degree
- if you hold a degree from a non-EU university:
- your results to the GRE physics exam (if available);
- your score to the TOEFL/IELTS test (if English is not your native language; B2 level required);
- bachelor degrees must be legalised (Apostille)
