Legal Office
| The Legal Office is in charge of every legal question or issue that may come from a faculty, a centre or any central service. The legal advisors and the paralegal officers are in charge of contracts related to research, service providers, adjunct teaching staff member, scientific experts, etc… All the team may be involved in drafting a contract, a termination letter, a license agreement, etc. We are specialized in intellectual property law, commercial law, public tender law, contract law and insurance. The Legal Office is also in charge of litigations, with the assistance of lawyers.
