Logistics Department

The Logistics Department is managing following activities:

  • Reception services: information to visitors, mailing, rooms preparation, implementation of all logistics orders
  • Events: events coordination
  • Helpdesk: handling of all logistics requests, room booking
  • Moves and setting up of rooms and offices
  • Cleaning and maintenance of premises
  • Reprography: printing and binding of documents
  • Student housing: servicing, maintenance and management of projects
