Abstract
The number of space legislations in Europe is growing. The States are adapting their legal systems to the intensifying space activities, accommodating new forms such as the use of space resources, suborbital flights, and on-orbit services.
The workshop is a platform for exchange of views on these developments, giving an opportunity to present the recent space laws of Luxembourg and their commentary.
