Email Scam

It appears that the University of Luxembourg is the victim of an identity theft. An email campaign targeting a number of companies pretends to originate from the University, using the University’s logo and address line. The campaign claims to request financial information and invites recipients to open a mail attachment. The University of Luxembourg wishes to formally distance itself from this campaign that it has not initiated. The University recommends treating suspicious mail attachments with great care. |
