Fulbright programme information session

What is the Fulbright programme? What type of grants does it offer? Who can apply? All of these questions will be answered during the next information session on Fulbright opportunities to be held on Wednesday 5 February at 5:15 on Campus Limpertsberg in room BS 1.03 (Bâtiment de sciences). Representatives from the US Embassy will participate to share information about this programme. The Fulbright programme is the premier international exchange programme supported by the governments of the United States and Luxembourg. Luxembourgish students and scholars can apply for a grant to study, conduct research or teach in the United-States. In order to be eligible for the Luxembourg Fulbright programme, you must have Luxembourgish nationality. Dual Luxembourgish and any other nationality (with the exception of American) is also allowed. Applicants who are not citizens of Luxembourg should contact the Fulbright Commission in their country of nationality for their application. A typical study grant is from $10,000 to $20,000 to assist with one year of studies for an advanced degree programme or other designated programme.
