Last Saturday (September 7, 2019), 250 runners from the University of Luxembourg team took to the streets in the annual Escher Kulturlaf.

This dynamic event, organised by the Escher Kulturlaf A.S.B.L. promotes sport and culture, and reaches thousands of runners and supporters every year. It does not only offer a scenic route through Esch, but also entertains with live music and activities during the whole day.

The University Team participated for the fourth year in a row. 148 students and 102 staff members ran distances of either 10km or 10 miles. The spectrum of participants was extremely diverse, with representatives from each faculty and administration service.

The University congratulates all the runners for their accomplishments and would like to especially highlight the first three Uni.lu finishers in each category. Well done!
