During the Christmas break, the opening hours of various campus services will change.
Student Services (SEVE)
The Admission and Housing Offices will be closed from 19 December to 3 January.
The Mental Health Services as well as the Inclusion office will be closed from 19 December to 3 January. Please refer to the UMatter platform for all information on the support available during the holiday period.
Campus Sport and Well-being sessions will be suspended from 21 December to 3 January and will resume as of 4 January.
Luxembourg Learning Centre (LLC)
The Luxembourg Learning Centre will be closed on 24, 25 and 26 December and 1 January. On 19 and 31 December, the LLC will close at 17.00.
From 28 December 2020 to 10 January 2021, the LLC closes at 20.00 on weekdays due to the curfew. Please consult the LLC’s website.
Restaurants
The campus cafeterias and restaurants will be closed from 19 December to 10 January. As of 11 January, the following restaurants will reopen their doors:
- Food House in Belval Campus
- Altius and Brasserie John’s in Kirchberg Campus
- Um Weier in Limpertsberg Campus
