Prospective students from around the world explored their options of obtaining a Master’s degree at the University of Luxembourg during the virtual Master Days from 24-25 February.

More than 700 guests registered to participate in presentations of 43 Master’s programmes of the University across the fields of science, communication, medicine, law, economics, finance, humanities, education and social sciences. The Master in Finance and Economics was the most popular programme with the most registrations, followed by the Master in Wealth Management and the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

The event attracted participants from the Greater Region, comprising Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Germany. It’s virtual character also made the Master Days a global success, reaching potential students far beyond the Greater Region in countries like India, Brazil, Turkey and Nigeria.

The Virtual Master Days are two days filled with virtual presentations of the University’s Master’s programmes. Professors of each programme talk about prerequisites, exams, admission procedures, internships and learning outcomes. In selected presentations, enrolled students of the programme or alumni talked about their study experience to provide a well-rounded picture of what prospective students can expect at the University of Luxembourg.
