Reimbursement request

For French, German, English or Luxembourgish courses only:

A reimbursement of 140€ for the winter semester 2018-19 can be made by the University subject to the following conditions:

-        Registration in a French, German, English or Luxembourgish course at INL,

-        Mininum attendance of 50% of the course over the semester,

-        Participation in the final exam at the end of the semester.

 Procedure: only if you fulfill these conditions, please:

 1. Fill in this online form: Reimbursement

 2. Send an email by 15 March to with the 2 following documents to be dowloaded from your INL portal:

- Attendance certificate

- Bilan de compétences

3. Check that you have filled in your bank coordinates on your UL student profile (via your "guichet étudiant").

Please make sure you indicate “Reimbursement request – NAME & SURNAME” in your email object.

The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer at the latest at the end of April 2019.
